What an incredible evening it was, celebrating our second consecutive win as Top Employers for multiple countries in MEA. Celebrations were under a star lit open sky Armani well at Burj Khalifa Hotel, Dubai on the 22nd of February.

Top Employers’ journey began in 2022 with the entry of the following countries for contesting to be the “Top Employer” in their respective geographies:

The process entails validation via a rigorous assessment through a stringent multi panel across industries and benchmarking ‘Excellence’ in all the crucial HR & people practices. The team comprising of HR leaders respectively of these countries viz. Esra Dirik along with Ceren Bicakci from Turkey, Vrinda Ladkat from UAE, Mahadi Mosai from South Africa and Gina Mishriky from Egypt have done an exhaustive submissions and presentations to make the victory possible. The program, right from inception to all its stages of maturity for the last two years has been ably led by Gina Mishriky.
To add to the feather, the subsequent wins in a significant number of impactful MEA geographies have earned us as a company a collective award, which is Middle East Top Employer Seal.
