DIVERSEY 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Diversey, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product from one of our Diversey-owned or exclusively licensed brands purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product. For a complete list of product lines covered by the Diversey 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please view this PDF. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Diversey 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please reach out to us by calling our customer service team at (800) 668-7171 or completing the online Satisfaction Guarantee Form. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to submit proof of purchase, photos of your product, and/or the unused portion of your product, as requested by Diversey, and your guarantee approval confirmation number.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product or proof of purchase.
Diversey reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Diversey 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
